Before there was a working desktop that connected directly into the router There was a working wireless network but now that theres a Desktop that connects directly to the router (doesn't travel through a Hub) the wireless status appears as "Limited or No Connectivity" and the error message includes "Windows is unable to find a certificate to log you on to the Network" I'm stumped and have exercised all the options to my knowlege of computer networking There's more going on here than you are describing. This sounds like DNS failure on an Active Directory network.
The workstation can't find the certificate server.
